A nice twist on our household staple of BBQ chicken! The sauce is very easy to make, and has a perfect mix of sweet and tangy. I doubled the recipe, but cut back on some of the vinegar. I used boneless skinless thighs, so it only took about 30 mins in the oven. I agree with reviews that the sauce could be a little thicker-- I even added a couple teaspoons of cornstarch prior to baking, it's no thinner than normal store bought BBQ sauce though. Nice basic meal. (BBQ Baked Chicken Thighs 8pp) - Food and drinks I adore
